Antique 18k Yellow Gold & Platinum Topped Enamel Circular Diamond Ring Size 9.25

Offering this splendid antique yellow gold and platinum circular ring. The front is set with a cushion-shaped diamond within a quatrefoil surrounded by red & white enamel, edged by rose diamonds, between similarly set shoulders. 
 

Ring is hallmarked 18K, face also tests as platinum topped with a total weight of 3 grams. Ring is a size 9.25 and the top measures approximately 1/2" in diameter. Ring was tested with a Niton DXL precious metal analyzer. Ring is presented in good overall condition, shows normal wear for age. (See magnified photos.)
